Meet Your Stretching & Massage Guide
Anna Lee
I've been a licensed massage therapist for 8+ years and I'm certified in sports massage, medical massage, and cupping therapy. I'm also the owner of Better Life Bodywork - where I work with in-person clients to help them improve postural compensation patterns, increase their range of motion, recover from injuries & sports, and manage pain and tension.
On my social media pages I share self-care tips ranging from self massage to stretches. I also founded Move Better University - a platform to help you feel better in your body and connect with other like-minded individuals!
My overall goal is to help people both online and IRL, whether you're a fellow athlete or a regular-Joe wanting to improve your quality of life. I can't wait to help you create habits and build a lifestyle that keeps you feeling great in your body and living your best life!

Q: Do you need have an education in muscles, joints, and soft tissues?
A: Not at all! It’s great if you do, but not a requirement. We will teach you about the muscles and soft tissues that you’ll be stretching or working on in small doses. So if you have zero knowledge in this area you won’t be overwhelmed or confused.
Q: Do you have to commit a lot of time to see results?
A: You do need to be willing and able to dedicate some amount of time to see results, but you won’t need to dedicate hours upon hours daily. We want to provide you with an actionable and sustainable approach, sharing techniques that you can easily add into your routines or weave into your life. Even if it’s just 5 minutes a day.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! We offer a monthly rate ($10) and a yearly rate ($110).
Q: Do I have to sign a membership contract? Is there a cancellation process?
A: Nope! You can cancel and re-join your membership anytime.
Q: what platform is your membership hosted on?
A: We use Circle.so for the entire membership!
Q: How long do I get access to the MBU membership?
A: You get access to current and future content for as long as you remain enrolled — whether you are on the monthly or yearly rate. If you stop making payments or cancel your subscription, you'll lose access.
Q: Is there a Facebook group?
A: No, we use Circle.so for our membership platform. However, you can still connect and learn with like-minded people through our members-only feed (discussion forum)! It’s very similar to Facebook groups, so it will be easy to navigate.
Q: What if I have questions or need help?
A: You can ask questions within the members-only feed or you can ask us directly via a private message. We’ll do our best to answer any questions you have!
Q: Can I make a request for a specific stretch or technique to be covered?
A: Yes! You can fill out the content request form within the platform!
Q: What if this doesn't work for me? Can I get a refund?
A: We are confident in the benefits of this membership and the positive outcomes it can have on your life (if you're willing to take action). Because of the digital nature of this membership, we do not offer refunds. Sorry!
