What is the Family Wellness Plan?

The Family Wellness Plan is a monthly membership that makes it even easier to get the care you AND your family need! This is the perfect option for families with 4+ members who are ready to commit to their care and wellness!

Unlike the solo membership option, with the Family Wellness Plan you can transfer and share appointments with any other family members under your plan.

MEMBERSHIP PERKS

• Guarantees four 60-minute sessions each month

• Additional 60-minute sessions at the discounted membership rate ($90)
  ($25 off regular price)

• Members receive priority scheduling
  (allows you to secure your preferred appointment times before they become available to the general public)

• Missed monthly sessions rollover to next month
  (if you cannot book your included sessions for the month, you can book them for the following month)

• Get access to exclusive specials
  (promos available to members only)

• Transfer and share sessions between any family members under your plan
  (if you want to skip your session for the month, you can give it to a family member who needs it)

MEMBERSHIP PARAMETERS

Membership only applies to 60-minute sessions, does not apply to packages, house-calls, or gift certificates. Missed appointments will not roll over twice in a row. Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months and require 30 days notice to start the cancellation process.
