At Better Life, we help individuals and athletes reach their wellness and athletic performance goals through therapeutic bodywork and massage sessions.

We focus on addressing flexibility and mobility issues, postural and compensation patterns, areas of pain and discomfort, reducing stressors to the nervous system, and assisting in the maintenance of soft tissue health. 

We use a variety of techniques and incorporate them based on your personal goals. Our approach is to look at the whole body and how it functions together. This not only lets us address the specific areas that are bothering you, but also any related areas — ultimately bringing you to a more relaxed, better functioning state.

We aim to help improve both the quality of life and athletic performance for all of our clients. We strive to educate individuals on the importance of self care and how they can apply it to their lives to support their goals. Meet Anna Lee 

I’m a licensed massage therapist, wellness educator, and movement specialist with over eight years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and optimize performance.

As the owner of Better Life Bodywork, I specialize in sports massage, postural patterns, and injury recovery. I also share self-care techniques through Move Better University, an online platform designed to help people feel better in their bodies.

In addition to hands-on work, I help health and wellness professionals build their online presence with custom websites tailored to their businesses.
