We focus on addressing flexibility and mobility issues, postural and compensation patterns, areas of pain and discomfort, reducing stressors to the nervous system, and assisting in the maintenance of soft tissue health.
We use a variety of techniques and incorporate them based on your personal goals. Our approach is to look at the whole body and how it functions together. This not only lets us address the specific areas that are bothering you, but also any related areas — ultimately bringing you to a more relaxed, better functioning state.
We aim to help improve both the quality of life and athletic performance for all of our clients. We strive to educate individuals on the importance of self care and how they can apply it to their lives to support their goals. Anna Lee is one of the few massage therapists in the Savannah GA area to offer therapeutic bodywork, manual therapy, and sports massage with a focus on athletic performance, posture, pain management, and mobility.
She believes you never stop learning, and after practicing massage therapy for 8 years, she continues to grow her knowledge and further develop her skills.
